Our law firm was founded in 1996, however the collaborative relationships between our partners go back even further. Many of the partners in our firm began practicing together at a former litigation firm founded in 1915. We practice in the areas of auto accident litigation; bodily injury and wrongful death litigation; fire and casualty litigation; commercial litigation; coverage disputes as to personal and commercial lines. We are most proud, however, for being known and recognized State-wide in the particularly complex practice of bad faith insurance defense.

Our Appellate Practice is another undeniable strength, as illustrated by favorable results we have obtained for clients in more than 30 appeals heard by the Ohio Supreme Court, as well as more than 200 appeals heard by Ohio’s twelve appellate districts and by the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
